About

I am interested in your journey - where you have been and hope to go, what you have done and dream of doing, and who you are and have yet to become. Many of my clients are young adults, creatives in the art and entertainment industry, helpers, entrepreneurs and executives, couples, Asian Americans, and parents. Common issues include: relationship issues with loved ones, family of origin issues, dissatisfaction with current life/direction, depression, anxiety, postpartum difficulties, and trauma. You may find yourself stuck in your life, possibly isolated or feeling alone. You don't have to go through this experience alone.

My approach involves identifying and addressing what is at the root of your concerns, rather than settling for temporary short-term solutions. We will explore your experiences and relationships to uncover underlying patterns that contribute to your pain. We will work together to experience yourself whole and your relationships with authenticity.
