English
| فارسی I do believe each person and family has unique resources to activate healing processes. Brief Therapy requires a highly collaborative approach between therapist and clients, and focuses on practical solutions and clear communication. Brief Therapy intends to minimize the number of sessions. Though our childhood is important but most of our problems are due to current dysfunctional relational patterns and counterproductive solutions. Multigenerational patterns are powerful mechanisms that formed our parents' problems, our childhood problems and our children's problems. So we need to observe and change them if we want to heal.
As a professor and researcher at graduate programs I have done several research about mechanisms of change in successful therapies. The research indicates that the most important mechanism of change is the client's motivation and engagement. My specialty includes: marital and relational problems, depression, anxiety, children problems, ADHD, and addiction.
I provide consultation and supervision to mental health clinics, business institutes, and families in the US and overseas. I am a Bilingual English-Farsi therapist with clinical, teaching, and research experience in the US and overseas. اگر علاقمند به دریافت خدمات مشاوره و رواندرمانی به زبان فارسی ویا بصورت انلاین هستید لطفا از طریق ایمیل پیام بگذارید
