Hello! As a neurodivergent, queer, and BIPOC clinician, I desire to come alongside folks moving through all diverse walks of life. I work with individuals and couples who are exploring how their values and beliefs align with the life they are currently living, using an integrative approach. Whether my clients are looking to simply improve their communication and self-talk, or engage in more non-traditional relationships and practices, I am here as a guide for that exploration.
My integrative approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a base, weaving in other therapies that center the client's values, beliefs, and relational desires. I provide clients with education on how mental health can affect relationships with ourselves and others.
