I am a licensed therapist specializing in the treatment of sexual addiction and compulsivity. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based practices to help people regain agency in their lives. I work with people struggling with addiction, as well as their partners and loved ones who may be affected by the addiction. My practice provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and process-oriented group therapy.

I am the Clinical Director of Recovery Lab NYC, a group practice devoted to trauma-informed, evidence-based treatments for sex addiction and compulsivity. We offer a wide-range of services for both the person struggling with addiction, as well as their partners and loved ones who may be affected.
