I help individuals, couples, and families build stronger, more connected relationships. With over 10 years of experience, I offer a supportive space to speak openly, navigate challenges, and create the connections you want. My work focuses on couples, family, and relational concerns, including premarital counseling, partnership struggles, family conflict, and polyamorous and consensual non-monogamous relationships. I welcome and affirm all communities. My approach is relational, culturally responsive and just, mindfulness and trauma-informed, and helping you move beyond old patterns toward more authentic and fulfilling connection.
As a professor and scholar, I provide thoughtful, anti-oppressive, evidence-based, trauma-informed care guided by compassion and humility. My counseling is multicultural, liberatory, and emotionally focused, honoring culture, identity, and lived experiences. I also support mental health professionals in their growth.
I understand how hard it can feel to take that first step toward support. You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. I am here to listen, help you feel understood, and work with you to build the connections and changes you hope for. I invite you to reach out when you feel ready.
