About
Our spouse/mate is the most significant enlivening resource in our lives, or the living embodiment of hell.No one taught us how to convert conflict into enriching, intimacy. That is, however, possible and what I am an expert at offering. With twenty-five years experience, I focus on couples and individuals resolving distress and optimizing intimacy with deep interest in enhancing the meaning individuals experience in their lives. I am not a silent, listener but an active co-creator of therapeutic relationship.
With 3 years spent in Asia,I bring a special sensitivity to working with individuals and couples when culture is one of the issues.
With forty years of experience in meditation and twenty five years of experience in psychotherapy, I am a nationally renowned expert on meditation and psychotherapy.
Having worked with hundreds of couples I am sensitive to what works well, is efficient, and effective. I am excited by the prospect of converting your anxiety and conflict into a sense of heartfelt closeness.
