Harvest Counseling & Wellness's Groups
Men's Group
Our Men's Groups are limited to 10 participants committed to healing and improving their lives. In group, men make new discoveries about themselves and how they relate to the people around them. Each participant undergoes one individual counseling session to make sure they are a good fit for the current group, which is there to provide support and encouragement as each one of them work their way through life. Men in this group come with intentions of improving upon their relationships with their spouses, parents, children, work peers, and more.
Parenting Class
Being a parent in this quickly changing, modern world is tricky and challenging. We understand that parents don't always have the right training, right bringing up, or habits to help them feel successful and empowered to make good decisions as parents. Each stage of a child's life from birth to adulthood brings its own host of challenges and we want to help get you through it. These classes are great for single parents, couples, and individuals.
Women's Process Group
Women's Process Group is unique to women who may be dealing with sobriety, codependency, relationship issues, parenting issues, postpartum issues, grief & loss, and anxiety & depression, and more. Groups are limited to 10 women and each member must meet with one of our group leaders before being accepted into the group.
