I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in both the home and office settings. I have worked in state and private agencies, and am familiar with the importance of working closely within the identified team to ensure comprehensive treatment. I focus on the individual needs of the client and family when developing treatment plans and goals. My experience includes working with individuals and families with emotional and behavioral concerns, trauma, family conflict, substance abuse, mood disorders, and stress. I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in MA. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression and nervous system regulation, through a holistic lens, focusing on the connection between the mind, body and spirit. I help individuals address trauma, re-align back to a connection to self, get clarity on their values and goals, understand what may be getting in the way of the life they envision and assist them in feeling empowered to make change.
