I provide a safe place for women, femmes, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, immigrant, and creatives who've never quite felt "normal" or have always felt like "too much." Many of us who have been deliberately marginalized by society have had our voices silenced, our needs de-prioritized or shamed, and our narratives have written for us. Let's rewrite them by caring for your inner child, strengthening your inner voice, and watering your inner peace!

I specialize in trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I'm passionate about supporting immigrants, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, femmes, and neurodiverse folks who have struggled to find a sense of belonging and identity. My appreciation for engaged Buddhism is infused in my work by way of mindfulness-based modalities (IFS, ACT, DBT, MBCT, MSC).

Asking for help is hard. Admitting that we're struggling is scary. I certainly didn't want to. But struggling is what makes us human. My experiences in reparative relationships, including with my own therapist, have taught me that sharing our pain with the right person at there right time can be one of the most radical act of healing.
