Now serving Florida clients in addition to my Virginia clients! I am a Neurodivergent affirming therapist for women. Often times, the very things that keep us in a cycle of mental, emotional, and spiritual burnout are difficult to explain in words. Just being able to say how you truly feel- out loud to someone who is really listening, can be so freeing for a person. Letting go of old thought patterns and identities that no longer serve you is life changing. If you're willing to do the work, then I'm willing to support you in your healing journey. Telehealth sessions only-no in person sessions available.

I offer Telehealth sessions and take into consideration all the parts of a person's being. I don’t try and fix your brain; I help you understand it. Being able to integrate the invalidated parts of yourself and rewrite your story. Using a person centered approach with practical executive functioning strategies and parts work.

Dormant shame and guilt hidden underneath irritability and anger can cause anxious and depressive symptoms. You don't have to do it alone and we were not meant to do it alone!
