Then, I'll help you discover the story you unconsciously believe about your life, and how it steers your choices. Then, we build up the story you prefer, and you begin acting on it.
I focus on making a safe and supportive space for all people, including clients of color. I have led and taken part in many anti-racist therapy trainings. I work with older teens and adults of all ages, colors, and backgrounds.
NOTE: I'm ONLY seeing clients at my office these days (occasional remote sessions when necessary are fine).
