The focus of my work, both as a psychotherapist and coach, has been on identifying and encouraging people's strengths in their work and relationships. The positive psychology movement today is much in vogue but I have been practicing this model my entire career. Focusing on strengths rather than pathology has been extremely effective in my work with adults, adolescents, and couples.
I specialize in depression,anxiety disorders, and low self esteem issues in adults and adolescents. I use the Imago Relationship model in working with couples.
My work as an Executive Coach in the Federal Government and private sector enables me to motivate and encourage people to be successful and happy.
