It’s a relief to find someone you can truly be yourself with. I bring warmth, humor, and authenticity to therapy—qualities that help build trust, especially if you're hesitant about seeking help. Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore self-doubt, boundary struggles, or the feeling that you're not living up to your potential. My approach goes beyond just listening (though that’s important too). I’ll gently challenge you, encourage self-compassion, and help you uncover the patterns holding you back from greater joy and freedom. Therapy with me is collaborative—I’ll take risks with you as we work toward meaningful change.
After working with me, client's have reported feeling more clear about who they are, and feel more confident in navigating their everyday choices. They see an improved ability to demonstrate compassion toward themselves and their loved ones.
I invite you to reach out if you think you could benefit from meeting with me individually, as a couple, or by joining my men's process group.

Groups
Denver Men's Group
The Denver Men's group is a weekly, closed interpersonal process group, which supports men to be the best they can be. That means that the same group meets every week to form meaning and lasting relationships and ones where we can be honest with one another. In group, members will integrate aspects of mindful awareness and relationship skills. Members can expect a healthy blend of support and accountability from one another, "calling in" rather than "calling out." Some common topics include: relationships, career, substance use, anxiety and depression. Reach out if you're interested and want to learn more!
