Often people learn to feel shame or guilt over parts of their identity that are core to who they are. These beliefs form an emotional pain that can destabilize our view of ourselves and the world around us, creating deeper feelings of depression and anxiety. Finding ways to navigate these beliefs and feelings is not always easy, and frequently the ways we learn to cope have additional costs that we aren't aware of. I work to create an inviting space that people can feel open and comfortable to explore aspects of themselves that they may struggle to express to others or to themselves. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA2s+ individuals, individuals who identify with niche social groups, and sex/relationship trauma.
