Your goals guide the process; my role is to provide the tools, structure, and support to help you reach them.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Trauma Therapist with thirty years of experience. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, guiding people through moments of crisis, transition, and growth.My work is rooted in the belief that change begins with connection, and people has the capacity for healing and resilience.
My first goal in therapy is to build a safe, trusting, and collaborative relationship. Together, we identify your goals and develop a plan that aligns with your strengths and needs.
