Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of counseling experience. I am here to sincerely assist in providing new coping skills, new perspectives, and interactional interventions to directly link your problem to solutions. I am proud to announce that I was trained under gurus who specialized in family system theory and technique. This offers an interactional dynamic, utilizing patterns of thought and emotions as a means to rectory and redirect to new more effective ways of coping.
I work with all age groups. My areas of expertise include adults with stress, anxiety, family issues, and parenting issues. I provide interactional, communication skills and will reframe issues to maximize positive aspects. I continue to address psychosocial stressors, including working with seniors.
