As your psychologist, I will teach you to find hidden strengths in your symptoms so YOU can reach your goals. I offer a spectrum of treatments that support self-advocacy, consent, and neurodiversity. My curriculum of multi-modal prompts, games, videos, and adaptive materials ensure all ages (2y-adult) and abilities (ADHD, DD, ASD, nonspeaking) express themselves in their comfort zone. We all make bad choices when we are missing skills (which can be taught) or supports (which can be provided). I offer individual/family therapy, education advocacy, ABA to CBT transitions, behavior consultations, and conflict resolution plans.
For 32+ years I have supported neuro-diverse patients through Applied Behavior Analysis, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma-focused CBT, Play therapy, Art Therapy, Drama Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Floor-time, Collaborative and Proactive Solutions to Challenging behaviors, PCIT, Universal Protocol, Mindfulness therapy, and PEERS social skills groups.
