My primary goal is to create a safe, open, judgment free environment that also acknowledges how we are shaped by the world we live in. It is my belief that people at every age are the experts of their experiences and have the answers they seek already within themselves. I am honored to bear witness and accompany my clients through both the darkness and lightness of life.
I work primarily from an Object-Relations and attachment-based orientation because I believe the way we learned to attach to others greatly affects our emotional health and how we view and relate to ourselves. I also know the systems we exist in massively influence how we live in our bodies, our experiences, and how we access care.
I have had the joy of working with people in all stages of life who are navigating trauma, identity, systemic oppression, and grief. I have worked with queer, trans, and neurodivergent folks of all ages for the past 10 years in both clinic and private practice settings. I'd be happy to see if we're a good fit.
