My client focus are adolescents and young adults. I've worked adolescents for the last 18 years in the school system, both individually and in group sessions. Self-Esteem, Divorce and Grief groups have been my area of expertise. I've worked with children dealing with behavioral concerns in the school setting.
I specialize in helping clients actualize their potential in the social and academic realm. Focusing on past success and experiences in order to reframe current struggles therefore realizing the ability to empower oneself. Also help in identifying strengths and weaknesses in order to better position oneself for success.
