Soo Moon is the owner and Clinical Director of Harmony Mental Health. Soo oversees the DBT adherent program that is tailored for survivors of complex trauma. She has passion for working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA folks, exploring the intersectionality of privileges and validating experiences that are often dismissed. Soo's current openings are for those interested in adult DBT program at the clinic.
Soo is trained in DBT, certified in Anchored Relational Therapy (formerly AIR Network) model, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) advanced/enhanced trained, Brainspotting phase 1, and Clinical hypnosis. Soo utilizes person centered/humanistic and feminist multicultural perspective in sessions.
Soo has genuine desire to connect on human level with each person. Soo can be gentle while also being direct. Sessions sometimes incorporate use of humor, swearing (if clients vibe with it), and release of righteous rage/somatic activations. Appts are tailored to each individual and their needs.
