We acquire these skills over time, through our experiences and upbringing. Some are healthy coping strategies, some are not. Understanding the lens through which we perceive our experiences and the world around us can tell us a lot about how prepared we are for life's unknowns.
My goal is to provide a safe, accepting, comfortable environment where individuals feel confident and safe to explore their perceptions of the world to better cope with all of life’s stressors. I want to help you better your life, in whatever ways are right for you!
