Whether your goal is to achieve greater self awareness, build stronger personal relationships, heal past wounds, or just feel better about yourself, a therapeutic relationship can help meet that goal. I would like to join you on your journey of self discovery as an advocate, partner and guide. My particular approach is help you discover your own natural resources by tapping into your subconscious to uncover blockages to healing and actualizing your fullest potential. This approach is especially useful with trauma related disorders, depression, anxiety, addiction and habits that are hard to break.
I integrate traditional mental health with alternative methods. I use a combination of psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness and hypnotherapy to create a deeply healing experience. Hypnotherapy brings together hypnosis with other therapeutic techniques, accessing the subconscious mind while deeply relaxed, allowing to make changes on a deep and lasting level. Old conclusions that one made early in life can be replaced with new, more positive and affirming conclusions and beliefs about oneself.
