I have extensive training in couples therapy (Gottman training and EFT). Many therapists will see couples, but I prefer it!
In addition, I see individuals struggling to manage anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
Sandtray therapy is a new addition to the services that are offered allowing for deeper exploration of the subconscious mind.
Couples/marital counseling is a passion of mine, but I see many individual clients struggling with the ups and downs of life. Many times we need a supportive guide to help us along our journey.
