Children, youth, and young adults sometimes have difficulty coping with stress, school, or family changes. Sometimes children and teens experience adversity that impacts their everyday functioning. In addition, emotional or behavioral difficulties in children can impact the parent-child relationship and place strain on the family. Navigating parenthood can be a challenge during these times. Compassionate, collaborative, and culturally aware counseling services with Harmony Counseling, can help children and families strengthen relationships and heal from difficult experiences.
My areas of clinical focus are providing emotional, behavioral, and parenting support for young children and teens, as well as trauma-informed and evidence-based assessment and intervention. I am a PCIT International Certified Level 1 Trainer and Therapist, as well as a Missouri Rostered TF-CBT Clinician. I also offer LPC Licensure supervision in Missouri.
