I have been a clinical social worker practicing for more than 15 years in the field of mental health, health care, and early intervention working with both individuals and their families. I have had the opportunity to specialize with chronic illnesses, depression/anxiety, addictions, trauma/abuse, relationship concerns, family problems, and self-esteem.
I understand it can be hard to ask for help to get through life struggles. My goals are to provide emotional support and guidance for you to develop strategies to improve your overall well being.
