As a Black woman, I am passionate about working with BIPOC individuals who may feel the weight of cultural expectations, societal injustices, or struggle with finding their place in the world. My role is to provide a space where these feelings are not just heard but deeply understood and felt.
My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Integrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy with a warm, inviting, conversational style. This creates a comfortable environment for open dialogue, self-discovery, and skill-building; all of which will benefit you, as a person, and your relationships.
