Hello and thank you for reading! I am accepting new clients of all ages who are seeking virtual therapy anywhere in the state of Washington. I often work with queer and trans clients and those struggling with complex trauma. I am experienced in working with neurodivergent clients, teens and young adults, polyamorous clients, and formerly incarcerated folks.
I specialize in assisting those who are suffering from trauma-related symptoms, attachment and relationship issues, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, self-harm, creative blocks, anger issues, identity confusion, sexual issues, self-esteem and body issues. Each client has special strengths that already exist within; my job is to bring them out.
I am trained in DBT and somatic approaches, as well as anti-oppression focused care. My therapeutic style is curious and creative, following the client’s train of thought and assisting them in connecting the dots. I believe that validation and empathy are equally as important as challenging the client to grow and change.
