I have experience working with a wide range of diagnoses and presenting problems from PTSD, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders, to processing grief and loss, life changes, and interpersonal relationships. I take an approach that is client-centered and integrative. Humans are complex beings and I believe that one of the first steps to healing is fully understanding and accepting ourselves.
My techniques are adaptive based on my client’s needs, and if something is not working, I am happy to change course to redirect our therapy to be the most effective for each client. I believe that therapy should be collaborative, and I want my clients to see me as a partner in their healing journey.
