You might find yourself worried about the future, stuck in communication patterns with your partner, or struggling with sexual intimacy and desire. I work with adults and couples who want to better understand themselves and build stronger, more connected relationships. Whether you're navigating anxiety and perfectionism, communication challenges, or struggling with sexual intimacy concerns, therapy can be a space to slow down, get curious, and start making meaningful shifts.
I’m a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional who works with individuals and couples navigating communication struggles, intimacy concerns, relationship stress, and self-confidence. I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1 trained) and believe therapy should feel real, supportive, and tailored to you.
Starting therapy, whether it’s your first time or not, can feel vulnerable. My goal is to offer a welcoming space where you can be real, explore what matters to you, and work toward the changes you’re hoping for.
