Are you feeling overwhelmed with life, feeling stuck, like it’s all too much? You may be feeling stress in many areas of life and struggling to figure out how to navigate things and make changes. It sometimes helps to have some support in helping you get unstuck and find a new path for yourself. I am a genuine and compassionate counselor, offering that support you need to help you through. Through my counseling work, I aim to help people learn how to face their challenges and hardships in healthy and uplifting ways, building their capacity to endure and thrive in life.
I provide individual counseling for teens and aduults at our Northland and Lee's Summit locations. I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and religious trauma. I also have experience supporting individuals who identify with the LGBTQIA + community.
I believe everyone has the strength to get through whatever life throws their way, my goal is to help people discover this. I aim to create an environment where people feel safe enough to express themselves fully and discuss their deepest and most vulnerable parts of themselves.
