Depression and Anxiety - These are two of the most common mental health problems that people experience but, fortunately, they are also problems that are typically very responsive to treatment. I find that accepting my clients for who they are while helping them to learn new skills and new attitudes with tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy is helpful
Trauma can take many forms and not all of them are obvious at the time. I specialize in treating adolescents and adults who have experienced depression/anxiety, working with postpartum moms, and/or trauma from many different sources.
