A cognitive-behavioral Psychologist and Licensed Professional Counselor, we assist in stopping negative thinking to reduce stress/anxiety and extreme mood fluctuations and to help you change unwanted behaviors. We also provide therapy for ADHD, Autism Spectrum, Anxiety, Eating, Mood, Psychotic/Thought, and Personality Disorders.
People enjoy our genuine approach and ability to truly empathize with them while gently challenging them to make changes. Dr Harding has a minor in Spanish and was trained in a systems therapy program. Additionally, she is a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology, as is Ms. Murphree.
