The clinicians at Harbor Lights Counseling provide services for adult individuals and couples, and have experience in areas including depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, autism spectrum disorders, substance use disorders, and attentional disorders. Treatment modalities include CBT, motivational interviewing, supportive and solution focused therapies.
We work with each client to develop a customized treatment plan and provide the most effective clinical interventions in a caring and supportive environment. In addition to face-to-face meetings, telehealth sessions may also be arranged.
