Hara Health is a treatment center in the heart of Westlake Hills that offers a comfortable and safe environment to explore therapy with licensed masters-level clinicians. We practice evidence-based psychedelic-assisted therapies (e.g., ketamine), EMDR, and traditional talk therapy for trauma recovery, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Hara Health Center is the first practice of its type in Austin to have a whole team of ethnically diverse mental health clinicians with graduate degrees trained in multiple psychedelic-assisted therapies (MDMA, ketamine, and psilocybin).

We blend an additional broad team of ancillary healing professionals together in one space to support the whole person in healing, including functional medicine, acupuncture, chiropractors, physical therapists, nutritionists, body workers, yoga teachers, reiki practitioners, sound bowl healers, breathwork, fitness, &meditation.
