I’m a licensed therapist and the founder of Happier Chapters Counseling, LLC. I work with adults navigating workplace burnout, chronic stress, and high-functioning anxiety, using a casual, non-judgmental approach. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from their work and are looking for sustainable change—beyond the basic coping skills.
I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, trauma-informed care, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I also hold a Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) credential. Therapy with me is collaborative and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on helping clients feel more regulated.
My work focuses on helping clients understand the root causes of burnout, rebuild motivation, and develop tools to manage stress without compromising performance or well-being. I’m especially passionate about supporting healthcare providers healing from compassion fatigue.
