I am a family focused clinician. This means I love working with couples, teenagers, or anyone experiencing difficulty in their family of origin. Pairing my clinical training with my lived experience of growing up around caregivers and relatives with mental health issues, this makes me an effective therapist for those needing guidance through complicated and nuanced family situations. I want to help you make sense of your own story, and discern healthier boundaries for you and yours going forward.

I'll bring clarity to family dynamics that are difficult to articulate. We can work together to identify the blind spots that keep tripping you up. I have a unique blend of experience working with young kids, teens, and couples of all ages, addressing family issues at every level. My practice currently focuses on individuals and couples, including teens.

In my early 20's, I finally encountered a therapist who helped me see things as they really were. That transformative relationship still inspires me. I know what it's like to sit in your seat.
