I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy to help individuals and couples explore emotions, resolve conflicts, and build stronger relationships. If indicated, I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with medical prescribers, enhancing healing by fostering greater self-understanding, connection, and lasting change.
My strength-based approach builds upon research, clinical practice, and personal experience. I'm qualified to assess for Out of Control Sexual Behavior (OCSB) and I'm Level 1 IFS Certified. My journey started more than 20 years ago when I was introduced to mindfulness practices that continue to invigorate my life.
