My strength-based approach builds upon research, clinical practice, and personal experience. I'm qualified to assess for Out of Control Sexual Behavior (OCSB) and I'm a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My journey started more than 20 years ago when I was introduced to mindful awareness and tantra practices that continue to invigorate my life.
