About
Come as you are. Psychotherapy is a safe and private place to explore the issues preventing you from living a more productive, meaningful, happier life. I'm aware that it takes an incredible amount of courage to walk into a therapy room and share things that require great vulnerability. My approach is person-centered, empathic and flexible, meeting clients where they are in their lives and helping them to identify and work on areas they would like to change or explore. I utilize supportive, mindfulness based and existential therapies with some use of CBT and thoughtfully inserted levity.
For over 22 years my career has included psychotherapy with individuals and families throughout the social spectrum, from those exploring their lives and identities, to those with acute symptomology including in and out-patient behavioral health systems, addiction treatment and family based social services.
I offer a free phone consultation to address your questions and schedule an intake session. *Please indicate if using insurance and if from the NYC or Croton area. Whatever you're facing, I look forward to exploring with you, helping you to feel better and finding a clearer sense of self.
