I hold space for individual adults and couples. From depression and anxiety, to life transitions, addiction, identity and relationship problems, I start wherever the client is and work collaboratively towards understanding. Whatever the obstacles between a client and their sense of meaning, purpose, authenticity or alignment, I help them move towards growth and change. I bring awareness and sensitivity to systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma that affect us all in different ways, and I respect the inherent wisdom of my clients' psyches to strive towards wholeness.

I offer an eclectic psychodynamic approach to psychotherapy. Using the here and now of the therapeutic relationship, I help clients uncover and understand patterns of thinking and behavior that inhibit or prevent them from connection and satisfaction. With experience in somatic and 12-step practices, I bring a holistic perspective to problems and solutions.

Beginning therapy, or starting over with a new therapist can be daunting, and it is important to find someone you feel comfortable with. I balance warmth, curiosity, and empathy with a willingness to challenge deeply-rooted patterns and unexamined feelings, so that together we may uncover the roots of your struggles and make room for meaningful change.

Initially, we build a safe and trusting container in which to uncover intergenerational patterns of thinking and behavior that are no longer serving you.
