I’m an LGBTQ+ therapist who brings both lived and professional experience into the room. Navigating identity is complex, and living authentically requires patience, reflection, and courage. Clients I work with often face life transitions, uncertainty, relationship challenges, and grief or loss.
My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you can explore your identity and confront the struggles life presents. My therapy style is reflective, curious, authentic, and direct—I won’t shy away from asking the questions that lead to meaningful growth.

I use evidenced-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in session as well as the Gottman Method with couples.
