I am a AASECT certified Sex Therapist. Working through a holistic and intersectional framework, I strive to meet the needs of all. My approach is trauma-informed, curious, compassionate and direct. I have a background working with motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and relational life therapy.
UGH, shame is embedded in the work I do. It drives so much of us to shy away from our full potential and when our sexuality comes into play, it shuts us down.
