I am working toward Mental Health Counseling licensure through the University of the Cumberlands. Originally from Kenya, I bring a multicultural lens that allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. I draw from a narrative approach, while incorporating elements of CBT and the Gottman method for couples, tailoring my approach to each client.
