I added plants and pillows to my office. Why is this important for you to know, you may wonder? One simple word, transition. There are seasons of painting, Legos, coloring, sand everywhere, loud giggles, and intense moments. While I still have a few families in my practice that I enjoy those things with, I am transitioning to mainly seeing women in this season of my career. I see you women out there doing all the things and silently wondering why. I see you women in deep grief and wanting to understand how to do life differently. I see you wanting to live fully and feeling conflicted. Let's figure it out together.
I specialize in working with women and children, uncovering their truth and living out of their authentic selves. I have an integrative healing approach, but most of the time end up using EMDR with women and using a playful family approach with children and teens. I am also passionate about adoption and creating healing attachments within the family.
