As an LPCC, my focus is on helping patients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, and ADHD. Together, we work on effectively coping with these issues and managing their impact on other areas of life, such as difficulty communicating, feeling connected within relationships, or feeling overwhelmed while managing stress.
Starting with a new therapist comes with a lot of unknowns, and I invite you to reach out with any questions you have. I'm excited to assist you in the process of building a life that is aligned with the most authentic version of yourself.
My approach draws from ACT to help you identify your values and work toward a meaningful life. Living in alignment with what matters most to you is how you become the most authentic version of yourself. Sessions are direct and Mindfulness-based, designed to promote presence in the here and now while engaging in lasting transformation and healing.
Early in life, I struggled with my experience of neurodivergence. My first therapist helped me see myself as a whole person, not just my diagnosis. That experience shaped my own journey of self-discovery, and I want to offer you that same chance: a space to be open, authentic, and feel a little less alone.
