I love being able to help clients better understand parts of themselves and acknowledge feelings. My ideal client is willing to work on, or consider working on, trauma resolution. Many people are often pulled down by unacknowledged feelings and trauma and do not what to do about it. I am honored to be that person that someone can sit with to resolve and work through these issues without judgement.
I have experience in trauma resolution and addiction recovery. I have worked in addiction recovery my entire career! I offer a deeper approach to therapy that allows clients to understand resolve deeper issues.
I know that starting therapy can be a scary, daunting experience. It can often feel crazy to consider talking with a stranger about our sometimes secret life struggles. I love being able to be that non judgmental support where change can happen! You do not need to have all the answers or a specific goal to start therapy. We can figure it out together!
