Maybe you’ve been trying to hold everything together for so long that you’re feeling worn down. Maybe you’re carrying something painful that no one seems to understand. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered practices. This means I work to deeply understand your unique story your experiences, thoughts, values, and the lens through which you see the world so that together we can create a path forward that feels meaningful.
I want to support people recovering from breakups, working through trauma, navigating guilt and complex life transitions, experiencing intense anxiety, chronic worry, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to truly know you, not just your struggles, but your strengths, values, and hopes. Together, we’ll develop a plan for health, clarity, and wholeness.
