Hi there, I am Hannah! Do you struggle with finding balance in your life? Do you wish you had more time or ability to deal with situations that are causing you stress? Is it hard to give yourself the compassion and space to do this? I help high-functioning people find the time and give them the skills to improve work-life balance, as well as deal with interpersonal difficulties. Together we can help identify what is not serving you, and create more balance in all aspects of your life.
I use a mix of art therapy and talk therapy to increase awareness, sense of self, and ability to express emotions in a healthy way. Let's work together so we can give you the tools to deal with everyday stressors, cycles of depression and anxiety, or interpersonal difficulties.
