I work with individuals and couples on “general” concerns like anxiety, depression, and communication. I also specialize in sex therapy and help folks with pelvic pain, mismatched libidos, difficulty orgasming, erectile dysfunction, and premature ejaculation.
I use an eclectic treatment approach, and I often draw from Emotion Focused Therapy, Gottman therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. If you don't know what any of those words mean, that's totally fine! I believe in demystifying the therapy process and helping people understand how each method creates change.
