I use traditional talk therapy and a humanistic, strengths-based approach to create a neutral space focused on empowerment and healing.
My therapeutic orientation is centered around a feminist, strengths-based perspective. I work with people to see individual and family problems within the context of the sociocultural conditions that can cause and worsen them.
