Hi, I’m Hannah. Life has taught me that healing is not a linear journey and we are often not equipped with enough tools to manage our stress along the way! I believe there is power in vulnerability and in asking for help when life gets too heavy to manage. Empowering clients through their struggles, honoring individual experiences, and uniqueness are my passions as a therapist. I believe we hold solutions to many of our relational problems but can have a difficult time implementing them. I'd like to help you discover the blocks in your path, so that you can reach a new quality of living!
I was born and raised in small town in West Texas and I'm rooted in our Texas culture. I received a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies at Texas Tech University. Following moving to DFW, I graduated with am M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. I moved to Burleson in the beginning of 2020 and fell in love with Burleson!
I have a strength-based, client-centered, and emotionally focused approach to therapy. I enjoy getting in touch with deeper parts of ourselves by exploring attachment styles and wounds, and rewriting our new story. I deeply enjoy interacting with others and feel honored to be able to make a difference in the community of Burleson! Looking forward to meeting!
